Training for insurance and financial investment clerks (m/f/d)

You complete your training in the block model with practical phases at the R+V location in Karlsruhe and theoretical phases at the Friedrich-List-Schule Karlsruhe. Through our pool training, you will get a wide range of insights into various specialist departments of insurance. From the second year you will get to know different areas to start in a fixed target department. You learn everything important about insurance – from the advice and support of our customers, the assessment of individual risks and the creation of suitable insurance solutions to the processing of insurance contracts, damages and performance applications. Together with the other trainees, you will participate in seminars and workshops where you will develop your professional and personal skills.
