As a dedicated management of the care sector, you will control the professional, organizational and personal management of the various living areas. With your organizational skills, you take over the creation and control of the service plans in coordination with the care service management. From the point of view of the professional development of your employees, you can use these skillfully based on the respective qualifications and personal suitability You ensure the sustainable care quality and the documentation according to MDK-QPR in close cooperation with residents, relatives, care team as well as overarching specialist areas.
