Deputy Head of IT (m/f/d)

You start as Deputy Head of IT and play a key role in the introduction of our new ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. After successful go-live and stabilization, you develop step by step into the leading function of our IT department. You provide a stable IT operation, structured processes and a future-oriented IT landscape in close cooperation with specialist departments, management and external partners. Your tasks are in detail: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cooperation in project planning together with specialist departments, IT team and project partners Monitoring of process workshops Support of the Go-Lives and stabilisation after Analysis and processing of tickets, causes, fixes and releases Responsibility for interfaces, data flows, master data and role and authorization concepts IT Business & Service Responsibility for the daily IT operation incl. Support, Priority and Escalation Further development of the Service Desk Control of external service providers in terms of performance, dates and costs Standardization of clients, software, licenses and IT documentation Security & Availability Microsoft 365 administration Responsibility for networking, site connections, backup and access concepts Implementation of clear security rules with focus on practice and reliability Perspective management IT professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT team Responsibility for IT budgets and service providers Development and implementation of an IT roadmap (infrastructure, applications, data, security) Development of Business Central Sparring partner for management and departments

You are ready to use your knowledge in the field of IT in our headquarters. In addition, your profile is distinguished as follows: Multiannual experience in IT operation Experience in ERP projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) first leadership experience or activity as a representation structured, solution-oriented operation with high implementation competence safe handling of service providers and project partners practical understanding of trade and logistics
