Own technical, legal and organizational support for individual plants in the framework of demanding turnkey projects Control and coordination of the following subcontractors and experts involved in the construction Monitoring the contractually owed qualities and dates as well as proactive control of costs and revenues Coordination of the execution at the construction site and management of the project-related partners Ensuring a frictionless cooperation between contractors, planners, technical engineers and contractors Examination and coordination of execution documents and planning stands Participation in procurement, follow-up management and accounting Implementation of construction meetings and regular coordination with all project participants Documentation of the construction process and preparation of reports Early detection and solution-oriented processing of legal, technical and organizational challenges

Complete studies in civil engineering or comparable technical qualifications Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager in construction and turnkey construction Own project responsibility normally complex GU/SF construction projects Safe occurrence of contractors, planners and contractors Embossed technical and legal understanding and economic thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented work Negotiations and transposition Good understanding of building commercial foundations
