As part of our team outsourcing management and service provider control, you will keep the overall overview of all activities and processes related to services. You are responsible for a uniform approach to the special risks arising from cooperation with service providers. With your expertise, you will ensure their monitoring and advise the MLP companies' business units regulated according to MaRisk and DORA.

Advice: You accompany internal specialist areas from central outsourcing management in the case of planned remuneration of services and are contact persons for all decentralized service providers Service provider control: You control the third-party risk management as part of MLP's multi-vendor strategy for using multiple ICT service providers Risk analysis: You raise and analyze risks from the provision of services and take over the control of service providers taking into account the (supervision) legal requirements Conceptual work: In line with the applicable regulatory system, you actively develop the framework concept for service provider control and answering questions of outsourcing management Care of the registers: You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of the outsourcing and information register including the notifications to the supervisory authority Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with other assignment functions as well as the team data protection

Qualification: You have completed training or Studies in the field of banking, insurance, law, BWL or (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Experience: You bring experience in outsourcing management, IT, purchasing, risk management or compliance, ideally in a financial or insurance business Regulatory knowledge: You have knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA / BAIT, MaRisk) Analytical competence & communication skills: A structured approach as well as pronounced analytical and communicative skills characterize you Teamwork & further development: You like to work in an interdisciplinary team and want to develop within a constantly changing working environment
