As part of the finance sector, the team “Financial and Accounting” ensures the creditworthiness of the Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese as well as our subsidiary, the Spedition Overnight. A team of over 10 colleagues* ensures that our monthly and annual accounts are secured in addition to the daily business incidents.

With our consistent internationalization and the successful introduction of SAP S/4HANA, we have set important points for the future. Now we are looking for an experienced and design-intensive management personality that leads our financial and accounting to a new development phase. In this key position, you take responsibility for accounting and financial operations of the Group of Companies, drive the further development of our financial processes and, together with your team, shape the future of the finance function.

Responsibility for financial and accounting including principal, debitor, creditor and asset accounting Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Responsibility for compliance with commercial, tax and intra-group requirements Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, banks, authorities and internal stakeholders (including Oetker Group) Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the finance team Further development of the finance organization in the sense of optimizing, standardizing and digitizing finance processes, in particular in the SAP-S/4HANA environment Identification and implementation of automation and AI potentials Support for international societies and harmonisation of processes and reporting structures

Complete business studies with a focus on finance/accounting or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in financial and accounting or auditing Experience in the creation or Audit of annual and consolidated financial statements Knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as tax and company law Experience with ERP systems and transformation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA High affinity for digitalization, process optimization, automation and AI Representative leadership, communication and change competence Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good German and good English skills Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality
