Account Manager - Security Technology / IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You present and explain our performance portfolio at customer meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions You acquire proactive new customers:inside and develop existing customers:inside, including the processing of alerts You advise customers on the development of concepts and solutions in the field of GMS or PSIM, Video, EMA, Perimeter, Zuko and Security IT Networks You'll start offerings and presentations and recommend the CRM You follow inquiries and offers and work out contracts (VOB/VOL) and process them You can work out the project, implement it into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance

You have completed a technical or commercial training or a study You have great enthusiasm for working with customers: you have at least six years of relevant professional experience You have experience in technical solutions or solutions Plant distribution in security technology or IT infrastructure You have technical knowledge in network technology and safety equipment, ideally with the focus on video, EMA and perimeter You have negotiation skills, team skills and a binding and customer-friendly appearance You are strong in communication and work independently, structured and result-oriented with design wishes
