Process Manager for Distribution Logistics (m/f/d)

In your new role, you will provide the just-in-time delivery of the materials of our nearly 5,000 craft employees: within a wide-ranging secure ( nationwide, over 46 locations) and unify/improve the delivery concepts and processes to ensure optimal availability of goods for our technicians You span a nationwide distribution network in close cooperation with our existing and new logistics partners:inside and act as a link between craft employees:inside, suppliers and forwarders You analyse existing logistics routes, develop optimization approaches, pilot new logistics routes and acquire suitable partners: Active participation in the further development of IT solutions, including for optimizing interfaces, data transmission and return processing You develop suitable key figures for completing our control KPIs You monitor the agreed service levels and help with any errors in the supply chain

You have completed commercial training or completed university studies, with experience in process management You bring a distinct process understanding and use your analytical skills to optimize processes You are characterized by a high self-initiative and have already demonstrated their communication security and enforcement capability We are a great team and love the joint collaboration, so we require good team skills Good MS Office knowledge (especially MS-Excel) You bring the willingness to regular service trips within Germany (depending on the project, < 25%)
