Together we continue to expand our new fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden •As an engineer/ingenieurin Advanced Process Control (APC) for Fault Detection and Classification (FDC), you are responsible for processes and systems and focus on the creation/care of FDC control algorithms, e.g. by modeling from tool and measurement data to improve process stability, machine availability and media consumption. You analyze and solve production and process problems and create evaluations and correlations of data to increase process quality and yield. The Bosch requirements of process stability are implemented by SPC, FDC and R2R. In addition, you support area-specific projects for process flexibility and cost reduction. You coordinate the continuous operation of the process control software and are responsible for carrying out release processes. You contribute to the development and introduction of new analysis methods from Data Science and AI and process control processes.
