This is your work area

• Personal, telephone or digital: You are the first contact person for external visitors and employees, on all organizational topics. Sovereign you are ready for questions of all sorts and with your open-minded and warm kind, you can make a smile on your face.
• Competent, even if it’s burning: With a safe hand you organize our smooth office drain – whether food or printer cartridge: you order what is needed.
• Networking: Clearly, you support your colleagues and other departments in a friendly and competent manner. You also coordinate our works.
• Feel-good vibes from the finest: both internal and external events you plan routiniert and implement them coolly (this can be all, from the international meeting to the team barbecue). In addition, you prepare meeting rooms at events and organize everything you need to host our guests decently.
• Do it your way: It is important to us that you introduce your own style and have the freedom to do your tasks in your own way. Of course you have your to-do list, but we also want you to recognize a lot of you in your tasks.
