Pharmakant (m/w/d) with focus on upstream processing - Inokulum

In upstream processing (USP) at the Ulm site, our customer produces biopharmaceutical medicines for global patient care in a modern GMP-regulated production facility.

As an operator (m/w/d) USP / Inokulum, you play a responsible role in the ongoing GMP routine production and contribute directly to product quality, process stability and security of supply with your daily work.

You work directly in the production environment for inoculum processes and IPC analysis, work closely with production, quality assurance and technology and actively ensure stable, efficient processes in upstream processing.

Your daily tasks include: implementation of the GMP-compliant process-accompanying analytics (IPC) in upstream processing Implementation of all inoculum activities (cell culture) in a clean room class C GMP compliant paper-based and electronic production documentation Compliance with quality, safety and GMP requirements in daily production Special responsibility for defined IPC and Inokulum Equipment, including accompanying calibration, maintenance and qualification measures Support in the execution of ordering processes of consumables

Ideally, you have a completed scientific or technical training in the field of biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, bioengineering, chemistry or pharmaceutical engineering OR a completed training with master or technical completion and corresponding additional qualification Professional experience in upstream processing, ideally in an industrial, GMP regulated biopharmaceutical production you have already collected Knowledge of cell culture, inoculum and IPC processes bring you with You have experience in sterile work and performing process-accompanying analysis (e.g. pH, osmolality, cell number, viability) as well as routine in handling GMP-conform documentation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
