Employee Banking Organization & Administration Core Banking Systems (m/f/d)

You manage and care for our core banking systems (agree21BAP / OKP). You are responsible for the maintenance of skills and permissions in the desired concept, as well as other organizational structures and institute-wide parameters. You are responsible for product management and the ongoing maintenance of prices and conditions. You coordinate and develop the writtenly fixed order (SfO) of the EB and ensure their topicality. You analyze organizational issues and support the further development of the organization. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, auditing, auditors and other partners. You support organisational and regulatory projects and accompany technical and technical changes in the Atruvia environment. You coordinate and advise the information management of our IT service provider, internal directories and the distribution of sample organization instructions.

You have a completed training as a banking businessman, merchant/wife for digitalization management, an economic study or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in banking organization, organizational development or administration of a core banking system. Knowledge in the cooperative environment, in particular in agree21/OKP or other Atruvia applications, is advantageous. You have a good understanding of bank procedures and regulatory requirements. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. You are delighted to analyze complex organizational issues and develop pragmatic solutions. You convince by communication strength and like to work with different disciplines. A high IT affinity and interest in digital processes complete your profile.
