As an IT Inhouse Consultant SuccessFactors, you will continue to develop our HR system landscape. You work closely with the HR department and support the implementation of innovative SAP solutions. In doing so, you actively shape the digital HR transformation by SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

System support: further development of SAP SuccessFactors, in particular Employee Central. Interface management: Technical consulting and integration with resystems incl. Monitoring. Requirements management: recording, analysis and evaluation of technical and technical requirements Implementation: Implementation of architectural and security requirements and technical requirements incl. Documentation. Cloud Integration: Creating and maintaining iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration. Process optimization: support and improvement of SAP HCM modules personnel administration (PA), organization management (OM) and payroll (PY). Project work: Takeover of project responsibility and operational support in day-to-day business. Collaboration: Close cooperation with the existing IT-HR team, the HR department, internal IT teams and external service providers.

Experience: Multiannual practice in SAP SuccessFactors and with SAP HCM. Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ideally in the SAP HCM modules Human Resources Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM) and Payroll (PY). Technology competence: Funded knowledge in SAP BTP and cloud integration. Integration knowledge: Experience with ODATA API and various interface scenarios. Soft skills: communication strength, self-initiative and structured working. Language knowledge: German (informal) + English.
