About us We are a team of around 130 employees, which develops and manufactures components as well as machines and equipment for SCHOTT AG's production plants and external customers. We offer our services worldwide. The order control / work preparation is responsible for the organization of our production processes and works closely with the production areas and development departments of the Business Units as well as Research & Development. Together we bring new production processes from development to practice and thus shape the production of the future.

The position offers attractive perspectives for the next career step in a senior leadership or management role with greater professional and disciplinary responsibility in the sense of a successor regulation, with corresponding development and performance. Your duties Total responsibility for the capacity and order planning of the organisational unit Ensuring the timely and economic procurement of external services and materials Responsibility for storage, material delivery and shipping of components Control of cost calculation, performance calculation and accounting Coordination with internal clients for deriving loadable demand forecasts Participation in projects to build, expand or repair production lines Planning and control of optimization and development projects within the department Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 10 employees Your profile Complete university studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or in a comparable course Multiannual professional experience in the production or machine and plant environment Extensive experience in leading interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of SAP, CAD, project and cost management Secure knowledge of English in word and writing Outstanding sense of responsibility, organisational strength and strategic thinking Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
