Energy manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed energy manager (m/w/d) at our site in Saarbrücken.

Development of an energy and decarbonization strategy including roadmap, action packages, time planning and economic considerations. Analysis and prioritization of energy consumption based on data, production profiles and cost structures. Management and implementation of operational efficiency and energy optimization projects and control of load management. Selection of appropriate funding programmes and coordination of applications, evidence and auditable documentation. Further development of energy-related management systems, KPIs and processes as well as preparation and monitoring of external audits. Control of internal and external voting, including authorities, network operators, production, QM and management, as well as active driving forward of change processes. Complete technical or technical studies (e.g. energy, process, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in energy, efficiency or optimization projects as well as safe handling of energy management and audit structures (e.g. ISO 50001). Strong project management with high implementation orientation in the technical or production environment. Knowledge of energy monitoring/EMS, load management, counter concepts and basic knowledge in energy market procurement. Experience with funding processes or the ability to build them quickly and structured.
