Cloud Infrastructure & Automation You are responsible for our cloud infrastructure, automate processes with infrastructure as code and develop scripts for process optimization. Monitoring & performance optimization You implement and operate comprehensive monitoring solutions, analyze system media and performance data. Proactively you identify bottlenecks and optimize the infrastructure for maximum availability and performance. Security & Backup Management You are responsible for the IT security of our infrastructure, implement security policies and run regular security audits as well as resilient backup strategies. For patch management, firewall configuration, access controls, and compliance requirements, you can do so. Application Management You manage and operate our enterprise applications, coordinate deployments and updates and ensure the availability of business-critical systems. You work closely with the development teams and optimierst application workflows. MDM & Client Security You administrate our Mac workstations with MDM solutions (Mobile Device Management) for standardized configurations and secure the terminals. Take care of software deployments, updates, endpoint protection, encryption, backup strategies and incident responses in security incidents. AI-based development & Agentic Coding You work with AI tools and agentic coding approaches to automate and optimize infrastructure processes. You use AI assistants for code generation, documentation and troubleshooting.

Training: training/study in computer science or comparable or corresponding practical experience and first practical experience in system administration (1-3 years) expertise: basic knowledge of Kubernetes/K3s or container technologies; experience with Linux systems and basic understanding of networks; first contact points with cloud environments (e.g. Hetzner) or infrastructure as code as well as interest in monitoring, security and automation Soft Skills: Learning and motivation to develop the infrastructure of the future together with us, as well as communication strength and team spirit Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
