Organisation of the Supervisory Board Office and the Board meetings Preparation of committee meetings, preparation of decisions, implementation and follow-up of meetings Analysis and interpretation of economic plans, annual accounts, financial statements and economic indicators, as well as regular participation reports Further development and support of the group reporting and maintenance of the developed key figures databases Support for the provision of decision-relevant, business and strategic information for management Implementation of audit and compliance audits, preparation and follow-up of audit reports, support in all compliance-relevant topics Conducting further ad hoc tasks of the Executive Board (e.g. cost-effectiveness analyses, special evaluations) Internal and external appointment coordination

A 3-year professional training, e.g. as an industrial businessman. Alternatively, due to experience, appropriate knowledge and skills A completed study of Business Administration with the focus on controlling / finance, as an alternative, due to experience, appropriate knowledge and skills Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Good accounting and planning skills Professional handling of MS Office, knowledge in SAP (CO/FI) High commitment Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Communication strength and presentation capability
