Team Leader Infrastructure Planning in Public Transport - Designing Team and Rail Projects (m/f/d)

You are responsible for building the infrastructure planning team and are constantly developing it. You act as a professional contact for your team and support it in complex technical and conceptual issues. You are responsible for the technical, organizational and economic management of rail infrastructure projects in the performance phases 1-2. In doing so, you take on comprehensive project and earnings responsibility and decide independently about project strategies, target priorities and implementation and control methods. You represent planning results as well as project decisions addressable and convincing to internal and external stakeholders.

You have a degree, e.g. in the field of transport engineering, civil engineering or in a comparable field of expertise and has a well-founded experience in railway infrastructure planning. You have a secure technical judgment, can analyse complex technical issues and develop viable, implementable solutions from them. You look at the project portfolio from an overarching perspective, identify strategic relationships and guide stressful action. You bring project management experience or leadership experience with you and you are delighted to enable your team to continuously develop your cooperation and potential.
