Operational Accounting Team Leader (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the current financial accounting, from debitors and creditors to property accounts to asset accounting. You'll start the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB for several companies of the group or prepare them together with our tax advice. You can handle sales tax pre-registrations, summary reports and statistical reports. You tune accounts, clarify balance sheet issues and make sure that deadlines are complied with. You are a tax consultant, audit, banks and authorities. You actively shape the digitalization and automation of our accounting processes. You deliver evaluations and reports that give the management real decision-making basis.

You have a completed commercial training, for example as a tax specialist:r, industrial or office businessman with a focus on accounting. You have the training to the audited account holder (m/w/d) or bring comparable professional experience. You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting. You have already worked with HGB on annual accounts or created them yourself. You know yourself in tax law, especially in sales tax. First leadership experience is a plus. You work safely with ERP and accounting systems and are fit in Excel. You work structured, carefully and discreetly and yourself.
