Your tasks

• Telephone and written processing of motor vehicle/sach damages (first installation / subsequent processing)
• Complete management of business processes
• Operation of the systems required for the tasks
• Examination of insurance cover according to the basis and level
• Making decisions within the framework of existing powers

Your profile

• Commercial Basics
• First experience in customer service and/or expertise
• Good MS Office knowledge with 10-finger writing system
• Good communication skills in word & writing
• Joy in customer contact
