Representation of the interior and exterior Economic management (budget planning and responsibility) Close cooperation with cost companies, offices and authorities Planning and monitoring of personnel requirements incl. Qualification for installation management according to § 2 HeimPersV Professional experience in stationary old care and first management experience of advantage Cooperative and motivating leadership style, team and enforcement capability Routinized in the application of legal requirements Economic and team-oriented action and thinking Comprehensive knowledge in nursing management Routinized in handling MS Office applications and professional software
