Tasks that keep you posted:

In the field of IT-Commercial Management, you actively shape the further development of the IT-Procurement at REWE digitally. You combine strategic thinking, technological curiosity and commercial know-how to advance the digitalization and internationalisation of REWE Group – focusing on IT infrastructure and modern procurement processes. Strategic sourcing: You are responsible for corporate purchasing initiatives for IT infrastructure – from hardware to network technologies to data center services – and tax volumes in millions. Developing shopping strategies: Together with Product Ownern, architect: you develop future-oriented shopping strategies and implement them effectively. Contract design & negotiation: You conduct contract negotiations with IT infrastructure providers, shape legally secure agreements and ensure long-term security. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with colleagues from license management, data protection, IT security and legal to achieve optimal results. Market & supplier analysis: You continuously analyze the market, identify relevant providers and secure competitive conditions. Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement in procurement processes and implement targeted measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Technological monitoring: You’ll follow trends in IT infrastructure and develop future-proof sourcing strategies.
