Location: Cologne-Südstadt (at Volksgarten) Working time: Parttime from 25 hours/week | Mo–Fr | Core time: 8–14 hours Initial salary:** from 2,000 € gross (at 25 hours) + paid overtime, as well as numerous employee benefits

You love order, you have a hand for numbers and never lose an overview – even if it becomes unclear? You don't just want to work out, you want to think, optimize processes and take responsibility? Then we're looking for you!

In this key position, you take care of our preparatory accounting, take over tasks in human resources management and coordinate your purchase independently. Whether numbers, documents or supplier talks – you know what it is, work carefully and bring structure into our processes.

Your tasks with us:

• Preparatory accounting for our tax advisor (incl. documenting & wage preparation)
• Recording & Examination of Input Accounts and Maintenance of Digital Documents
• Organization & maintenance of personal data in OneDrive & merchandise management
• Responsible Purchasing & Communication with Suppliers
• Maintenance of product master files, price mirrors & internal storage
• Support in general administrative tasks & internal processes

What you should bring:**

• Professional experience in accounting, purchasing or administration
• Secure handling of digital tools (ideally MS 365, OneDrive, macOS)
• Structured, reliable & independent operation
• Understanding Commercial Processes & Interest in Teamwork
• Openness for new tools, processes & digital work

A formal education is not a must – your skills count.
