These challenges await you with us:

• You will create all necessary export documents according to the regulations and internal procedures
• You distribute and complete all necessary documents in the shipping area
• You check the shipping status in the export area, recognize deviations and ensure solutions in incidents
• The execution of bookings and booking optimization based on internal guidelines within the meaning of the product (including pick-up/planning/follow-up/send monitoring) is also part of your tasks
• You ensure that the customer requirements are met and take corrective measures in case of deviations
• You make sure that all documents are filled and updated in a timely and efficient manner (in accordance with the regulations and internal procedures)
• You will also cover the acceptance of customer orders including verification of the documents according to the regulations and internal procedures
• You are responsible for creating quotations (internal/external) and obtaining offers from shipping companies
