You will maintain a firm inventory of facilities in your region Call for proposals, monitoring and coordination of the necessary maintenance and rebuilding measures of our homes Comprehensive defect management in terms of defects, e.g. from TÜV tests or maintenance Coordination and implementation of internal requirements regarding the equipment and design of our facilities Documentation of architectural entertainment Budget for upcoming maintenance measures Technical and energetic assessment of our facilities Close cooperation with subcontractors as well as the directors and home technicians of our facilities
