Care and regular control of our site at Odelzhausen (eight objects) Ensuring order, cleanliness, security and functionality throughout the area Implementation of small, technically permissible repair, assembly and repair work on buildings and equipment Maintenance of green and outdoor facilities and implementation of the winter service according to operational planning identifying and eliminating smaller sources of danger; Initiation of further work by service providers Support for moving, rebuilding, delivery, maintenance and testing Coordination and control of external service providers, such as cleaning, gardening and building services Participation in emergency and malfunction operations and close cooperation with maintenance If necessary, support in filling for simple auxiliary, packaging, cleaning and transport activities

Complete craft or technical vocational training, for example in the field of building technology, electrical engineering, sanitary, locksmithery or comparable Alternatively relevant professional experience as a master/in-house, employee/in facility service or in building management Craft skills and experience with smaller repair, assembly and repair work Practical experience in the maintenance of outdoor facilities and ideally in winter service Embossed awareness of order, safety, work protection, fire protection and hygiene Self-employed, careful and responsible work Physical resilience and readiness for practical activities in indoor and outdoor areas Good knowledge of German for documentation and coordination in everyday work Willingness to call for urgent emergency and disruption operations
