Job Description

  • As Senior Legal Counsel for Purchasing and Logistics, you will support our central purchasing units Mobility Solutions Purchasing Direct Materials (M/PU) and Global Business Services (GS) in all legal matters.
  • In this position, you will drive the negotiation of all types of agreements in the supply chain.
  • You are the leading legal support for strategic client projects, e.g., development co-operations.
  • As part of the operational client work your responsibility includes proactive risk management, creative solutioning, plus legal enablement and training of clients and peers.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university studies in the field of law or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience as lawyer with in-depth knowledge of and experience in contract law; you bring solid knowledge and experience in IT law and a good understanding of antitrust law
  • Qualifications: law qualification in the bar of Germany
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a team-oriented professional with strong initiative, excellent organizational skills and confident communication across all levels; you composed pressure, embrace innovation and agile ways of working and bring a professional sense of humor.
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English *In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company ́s eligibility requirements).
