The LVM recognises diversity in all its complexity and promotes a working environment characterised by respect, openness and equal opportunities. Social inscriptions in relation to gender, age, origin, religion, worldview, sexual orientation, identity or disability lead to different access opportunities and life realities, thus creating structural inequality. The LVM is actively working to ensure a work environment that is critical of racism and is sensitive to discrimination. Applications of people who carry these values are expressly desired. If you are still unsure of all this due to our requirement descriptions: if you still burn for the described task and feel like working on the topics and challenges, please do not hesitate to contact us!
