Data Analyst (m/w/d)

For our process, project and service management business, we are now looking for a dedicated data analyst/in an indefinite employment with a weekly working time of on average 39 hours.

As a data analyst:in design the health care of tomorrow and much more! Transformation projects: You design and implement as data analyst:in the structures of a sustainable infrastructure, especially in the fields of logistics and healthcare services Process architecture: You accompany change processes within the CFM by integrating colleagues and supporting the implementation of new processes Data-driven process management: You use appropriate indicators for measuring and evaluating effectiveness and efficiency Stakeholder Management: You communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations and to involve them in process design

Graduate in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification, as an alternative corresponding professional experience in this field Significant, relevant professional experience (at least 2 years) in the field of data analysis, controlling or other data-related areas Ideally you have experience with Python and/or BITools, BPMN and/or Process Mining Your Skill Set includes excellent analytical and conceptual skills Very good communication skills, enforcing skills, team skills and a sophisticated handson mentality Ability to quickly capture complex facts and to prepare stakeholders Independent, structured, quality and solution-oriented operation You are open to non-traditional methods and approaches Adjustment requirement: prior to commencement of activity - proof of measles immunity / measles protection vaccinations for born after 1970.
