In the course of a planned age succession, we are looking for a personality that significantly shapes the economic and digital development of the company and, together with the two board members, shapes the strategic future of the association. At the Stuttgart site we are looking for an active, professionally and humanly convincing personality with a broad background of experience in the area of finance, IT, law and compliance of commercial companies.

Reporting directly to the Supervisory Board, you are responsible for managing the central finance, controlling, IT and compliance department. This includes the strategic control of financial overall performance as well as ensuring the regularity of all processes. You are responsible for the annual accounts according to HGB, control liquidity and budget planning, develop a forward-looking controlling and represent the organisation in all financially relevant issues to banks, the Supervisory Board and external partners. Parallel to this, you drive the digital transformation by implementing the modernization of the goods industry and the use of data-based control instruments, intensifying process automation and ensuring IT security permanently. Furthermore, you ensure compliance with legal requirements in areas such as corporate, food, labour and data protection law and develop effective risk and compliance management.
