Create fully automated workflows from image acquisition to image analysis
Collaborate with data scientists to implement hardware automation and computer vision pipeline
Control microscopes and preprocess images for object detection and segmentation
Conduct statistical analyses on the acquired image
Enhance knowledge in deep learning models and image processing algorithms
Deepen expertise in advanced software engineering topics
Opportunity to develop solutions for quality labs in the pharma, manufacturing and electronics industries
Taken classes in the fields of computer science, mathematics, physics or any other STEM subject with advanced programming skills
Successfully completed at least 2 years of study
Strong proficiency with Python and the scientific ecosystem (e.g. numpy, matplotlib, pandas)
English or German
