System Developer in the Product Area - Launch Platforms for Guided Missiles (m/f/d)

As a dedicated system developer (m/w/d) in the Guided Missile Launcher product range, you will develop and integrate systems to expand the mission and functionality of military platforms. The focus is on mission systems for steering missiles (e.g. MELLS & ATGM) and their integration into different carrier platforms. With your focus on next-generation modular vehicle expansion systems, you can make a direct contribution to the further development of modern operational capabilities. In addition to performing requirements analyses, system integrations and system tests, you create precise specifications and concepts. You negotiate technical content stylisticly with customers, partners and suppliers and take over the convincing presentation of our technical offers directly on site.

Your duties Development of concepts for start platforms as well as creation of technical system specifications and decision templates Implementation of requirement analyses, system integrations and structured error detection Planning, implementation and documentation of system tests and technical reviews Coordination and creation of all essential system and project documentation Technical assistance in offerings, customer presentations and negotiations Regular reporting and presentation of development results in status meetings

Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, system engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in a technical department as well as in the project execution of mechatronic systems and products Funded knowledge of hardware integration, requirements management and configuration and change management Safe handling of common development and documentation tools (e.g. SAP ERP, DOORS, Enterprise Architect) desirable Experience in the development of complex technical systems in the defence or aviation environment desirable Language and written language skills (in particular technical English)
