Manager Finance & HR Applications (m/f/d)

You lead and develop our ERP FI/CO & HR team and create an environment in which cooperation and innovation are lived. Close cooperation with Finance, Controlling, HR and Payroll and translation of business requirements into sustainable IT solutions. Accountability of finance and HR application portfolios over the entire life cycle. You control requirements, projects and changes and ensure stable, efficient and economical solutions. Development of Finance and HR Roadmap, as well as driving transformation and digitalization initiatives. You identify innovation and automation potentials and implement them together with your stakeholders. Keeping governance, compliance and risk targets is your highest priority.

A completed study of economic informatics, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification. Multiannual leadership experience in complex ERP or enterprise application landscapes. Funded knowledge of finance, controlling, HR and payroll processes. Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Experience in managing SaaS solutions and system integrations. A strong sense of stakeholder management and business partnering. Experience in the development of strategies, roadmaps and cross-organisational transformation projects. An independent, structured and solution-oriented method. Very good knowledge of German and English.
