Development and implementation of company-wide sustainability strategies and objectives Collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability data Monitoring and analysis of the environmental and social impact of business activities Moderation and structured exchange with the climate team incl. Priority and decision-making Establishment and control of an internal sustainability network with location ambassadors for a best practice exchange Coordination of sustainability projects and initiatives in cooperation with various areas Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental laws and regulations Identification and management of sustainability risks Organisation and implementation of training and workshops on sustainability topics for employees to promote awareness and engagement across the company Identification of potentials to increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions Annual compilation of climate balances according to the GHG protocol for all locations, evaluation, expansion and adaptation of measures and presentation of results Implementation of the required energy audit according to DIN EN 16247-1 Construction / Introduction of a Management System (EMAS or ISO 50001) Monitoring of legal provisions, funding programmes and technical developments in climate protection and sustainability Takeover of project-related special tasks

Complete studies (e.g. sustainability management, BWL, environmental technology, economic engineering) or comparable qualification Knowledge of common sustainability and ESG standards ideally professional experience in the environment/sustainability field and professional training on integrated management system Enforcement assets Professional communication strength and moderation capability Self-initiative, self-employment, sense of responsibility and organisational strength Cross-integrative work and enforcement MS Office knowledge, experiences with Power BI desirable
