The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. With a future-oriented architectural and urban design with a maximum of technical building equipment, an area of approx. 95,000 m2 of BGF are structured and optimally exploited for a safety authority. As a general project management in the role of the contractor representation in the Unit BS I 1, you will fully support the construction project from the first design idea to the approval planning up to the construction monitoring. An adjustment takes place in the 14 TVöD Bund, where the personal requirements are met. The weekly working hours are 39 hours per week for employees. We would like to point out that, during the test period of a maximum of six months, the service is only temporarily transferred. A levelling is not carried out in this phase. However, if the conditions are met, the payment of an allowance is made in accordance with § 14 para. 3 TVöD.
