You are also responsible for updating our Sustainability Report as part of the annual financial statements. Control internal ESG bodies and projects: You organize, moderate and accompany our ESG board as a central internal control body. Sustainability Communication & Stakeholder Management: As a contact person:in you answer customer requests about sustainability and support the exchange with supervisory authorities. Conception and implementation of sustainable formats: Together with internal and external partners, you develop formats, lectures and impulses that make the topic sustainable and strengthen our corporate culture.
You have a successfully completed degree, e.g. in sustainability management, economic law, economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on sustainability. You have relevant experience in dealing with (ESG) regulatory, ideally in the financial sector. Sustainability is more than a trend for you: you have profound basic knowledge and are delighted to continuously incorporate you into new topics and requirements. You have oral and written knowledge of German language (at least C1) and very good English (B2). You work structured, independent and with high quality standards. Even with complex questions, you keep an overview, set priorities and drive topics reliably up to implementation. You convince with your strong communication strength and manage to convey complex facts in a comprehensible, addressable and convincing way. With your open way, you will win different target groups for sustainability topics and promote cross-departmental exchange. You like to work in the team and appreciate and promote cross-site exchange.
