Team Lead Export Distribution Central & South West (w/m/x)

As a Team Lead Export Distribution Central & South West (w m x) you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership in the Central region as well as South and West Europe including Maghreb. You work in an international environment with diverse interfaces and ensure efficient and smooth export processing. You are a key player for your team as well as for international partners and internal departments. Your core tasks include: Leadership and further development of a team of 10 employees in the field of export distribution Control and optimization of international distribution processes taking into account external economic requirements Coordination with customers, service providers and internal interfaces such as sales, logistics and production Management and implementation of projects in the external environment, for example process optimizations, system implementations or new regulatory requirements Analysis and preparation of relevant key figures in supply chain management Monitoring of operational KPIs and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations Ensuring high service quality along the entire supply chain Identification of optimization potentials and implementation of continuous improvement measures

This is ideal for you: At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of external trade with well-founded knowledge of international trade and distribution processes completed commercial training, for example in foreign trade, in forwarding or in industry, or a comparable background Experience in managing projects in the external or supply chain near environment Knowledge of Lean Management Methods and Process Optimization Experience Intercultural competence and secure cooperation in international structures Structured and analytical methods as well as pronounced solution orientation Team orientation, sense of responsibility and implementation strength Hands on mentality and a sovereign handling of complex requirements and time pressure Very good German and English skills in word and writing, other foreign languages are of advantage
