Advice and support of students in all questions about studying, exams and internships Self-release of all student concerns in examination and internship matters, including exam application and exam completion Coordination of the feedback process and the direct debit method as well as the preparation of the notifications, testing and monitoring of the processes in the event of non-received feedback or burst debit processing, accounting and rebooking of student contributions and master, bachelor and certificate fees as part of the feedback and enrollment; also input and instruction of refunds for exmatriculated students

Successfully completed university studies at bachelor level in the fields of administration, law or economics, or in a technically comparable course of study Knowledge of the right of examination is advantageous Quick conception for complex processes, good analytical capability Good written and oral expressiveness and well-founded IT skills If the required degree of study was acquired at a foreign university, we need a certificate assessment of the ZAB (central office for foreign education) before signing the contract.
