Operation & further development of endpoint management Responsibility for operation, configuration and continuous development of client and endpoint management systems in the Uniklinikum – in close coordination with manufacturers and service providers. Software Package & Standards Packing, configuration, testing and commissioning of software as well as development and maintenance of sustainable packaging standards. Test & quality assurance Building and operating structured test environments including development of test scenarios for hardware and software taking into account IT security, data protection and system stability. Rollout & update processes Conception, planning and implementation of centrally controlled rollouts and updates including monitoring and establishment of modern rollout strategies (e.g. rings, waves). Proactive client monitoring Monitoring client infrastructure for early detection of faults and compliance deviations in the areas of stability, IT security and data protection. Innovation & new technologies Evaluation, testing and introduction of new client and endpoint technologies for use at the University Hospital Dresden. Cooperation, consulting & projects Close cooperation with data protection, IT security and license management, technical advice and training of IT administrators, cooperation in projects and support in budget planning, investments and documentation.

Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (FH) or comparable qualification with appropriate practical knowledge Multiannual, ideally long experience in the operation of complex IT infrastructures Knowledge in structured IT service management (e.g. ITIL-oriented processes) Comprehensive experience in managing IT infrastructure, IT hardware and IT software Very good knowledge of script and programming languages, especially C#, SQL, Bash and PowerShell Convinced on the whole line -
