Coordination of collection processes (locking and unlocking of electricity, gas and water meters) Own-responsible initiation of counter locks and openings Support in the pre- and post-processing of locking documents Processing of data exchange processes including associated clarification cases Coordination and disposition of the external service Invite and maintain research on site clarification of bilateral requests from market partners and colleagues Telephone customer contact continuous development of efficient interfaces and process processes

completed commercial training happy (first) professional experience in debt collection/rescue management Experiences in SAP R3/IS-U and accounting knowledge – are advantageous fun and enthusiasm to actively shape changes and to work on new topics You identify themselves with “At first the team always comes” independent way of working with a constant look at the problem solution Experience and will in dealing with challenging customer discussions
