As a project manager for industrialization (m/w/d) for remote controlled weapons stations, you are responsible for the performance and quality-oriented planning and execution of exciting industrialization projects. You are in contact with our customers, partners and suppliers (m/w/d) with your strong negotiation and communication skills, thus contributing directly to the achievement of the corporate goals. The following tasks are performed: Management and handling of smaller to medium-sized projects or complex subprojects Ensuring all development-relevant measures to ensure project success including targeted progress monitoring and assessment based on controlling reports Ensuring risk, claim and contract management after internal and external cooperation with the respective departments Professional leadership of small interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility Targeted management and monitoring of suppliers throughout the project

Complete technical university studies, e.g. Diplom-Ingenieur, Diplom-Informatiker or comparable Project Management Certification Level C according to GPM standard Experience in the responsible leadership of (industrialization) projects and teams as well as in dealing with international environments knowledge of English in word and writing; other foreign language skills (such as Spanish or French) are advantageous Strong negotiation and communication skills combined with a targeted, entrepreneurial approach and high intercultural competence
