As a machining mechanic:in you are an essential part of our high-tech manufacturing and work on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled turning, milling and grinding machines. With the help of cutting machining methods, you can manufacture precision parts from different metals and plastics or, as with us, from glass and ceramics. Individual care – we accompany you throughout your training and help you to get started right after graduation. Insight into future technology – you work with machines and procedures that are in demand in industry worldwide. As part of your training machining mechanics, you will: learn to read technical drawings and make real components from them – with precision and bowls. Plan production orders and process workpieces so accurately that at the end everything fits the hundredth of a millimeter – handcrafted and with machine power. with modern measuring and testing means to check whether your workpieces meet the quality standards. Program CNC machines and develop yourself as a real specialist:in our high-tech systems. set up, operate and monitor computer-controlled milling machines so that everything runs round in production.
