These tasks await you:

As Senior Cloud Operator (m/w/d), you support IT Central Services (IT) to provide a stable and secure base cloud infrastructure. You actively participate in the design and development of our central AWS Platform Landing Zone You support us in building EC2 infrastructure in the Amazon Cloud (AWS) You enter, coordinate updates and monitor the Kubernetes platform You develop, operate and design a secure network infrastructure You plan and implement the backup concept on our cloud platform In addition, you live the GitOps approach to maintaining and optimizing our scripts and automations As well as international cooperation with colleagues from other group units

You will convince us: You have a degree in computer science or a comparable training with several years of professional experience in the Amazon Cloud environment Knowledge and experience in handling Kubernetes or comparable container platforms You have practical experience in the development and operation of CI/CD Tools (e.g. Gitlab, ArgoCD, Helmet, Chocolatey) You feel very comfortable with Linux and appreciate tools like Terraform and Terragrunt You have very good knowledge of cloud network technology, network security and the Well Architected Framework of AWS You have solid practical experience with open source applications (e.g. Nexus, Rancher, Neuvector) You work independently, customer-centred and independent. In addition, you are willing to acquire missing knowledge in the environment of the IT infrastructure in a reasonable time - of course with our support. You have good German (C1) and English (B2) in word and writing Place of work: mainly remote / in the home office, if necessary also on site (1 x quarter) Good communicative skills complete your profile
