Working Student - Process Management & Execution Monitoring Logistics (m/f/d)

Working in a project team to develop processes in the transport monitoring area (Execution Monitoring) Recording, analysis and documentation of existing operational processes Support in defining and designing new processes and workflows Operational implementation of selected processes to build a sound process understanding and identify optimization potentials Creating understandable process descriptions, work instructions and training documents in German and English Support in the incorporation and training of employees, especially in English Accompanying the implementation of new processes and support in continuous process improvement

Current studies, e.g. logistics, supply chain management, process management, BWL or comparable Embossed process understanding and interest in operating transport and logistics processes Ability to record complex processes structured and to document them understandably Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word Ideally first experience in process documentation, project management or training Self-employed, careful and structured work and joy in cooperation in an international project team
