Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably.

BImA's real estate businessmen deal with exceptional and diverse real estate assets. These can be, for example, unbuilt land, residential buildings, commercial and office buildings as well as military properties. You acquire, rent, manage and sell real estate. In addition, consultancy talks, purchase or sales negotiations, accompanying construction projects and creating financial concepts are one of their main tasks. Real estate merchants must always be informed about the current real estate market and develop the right marketing measures for their properties. To this end, organizational talent and contact skills are just as in demand as do the necessary office work with modern information and communication systems.
