The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS Children's Village Frankfurt am Main offers a variety of offers for children, young people and families in Frankfurt and the Rheingau-Taunus in a children's and family centre with a four-group children's daycare facility for 60 children (U3 to school admission) and outpatient youth assistance.

For our children's and youth groups in Niedernhausen, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (30 hours/day) There is the possibility of a later increase in weekly hours.

As head of the Niedernhausen Children's and Youth Groups, you take responsibility for two dedicated teams of professionals who provide a total of 17 young people aged 6 to 18+ years. The residential groups are located in a new location with two attractive newly built buildings and large outdoor areas. In your responsible role, you work pedagogically, organizationally, economically and humanly – with plenty of space for your own impulses. A driver's license class B and a separate passenger car are required to perform the tasks of the field management. Responsibility for the strategic, financial, human and content planning of the area and participation in budget planning Ensuring compliance with quality standards, club guidelines and pedagogical concepts Further development of the area taking into account regional needs and technical requirements Planning, coordination and control of work objectives, processes and communication structures in the area Control and further development of pedagogical work, including the creation, updating and review of pedagogical concepts professional and disciplinary staff management, including advice, guidance, performance review, personnel development, employee discussions and certification Design and responsibility for the whole of the assistance process, including reception, process and dismissal processes, as well as crisis and conflict interventions close cooperation with the management, internal interfaces and the works council as well as advice on key issues conscientious implementation of child and care protection
