Working with the planning, production and continuous optimization of factory standards (SVE and SUB) Participation in building and implementing a factory standard review Management and maintenance of factory standards and deviation documents Analysis of existing workflows and introduction of best practices within the organization Identification and implementation of optimization potentials and improvement measures Creation and maintenance of overviews and documentation in the field of standardization

Successfully completed technical training with further education or technical studies Experience in handling standards and process and documentation structures Experience in the industrial environment and the introduction of best practices and improvement processes Embossed technical understanding Secure handling of MS Office, SAP, Confluence and OneProcess Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Structured, careful and independent operation Communication strength, organisational skills and team skills
