For our department of planning & construction district heating, we are looking for several project leaders:in planning construction and use production plants in an indefinite order (part time with at least 19.5 hours/week possible).

For a bright, warm and lively Lübeck you develop innovative concepts for the expansion and greening of our district heating infrastructure. With your watchful look for efficiency and system optimization, you analyze how our production and distribution systems can be used optimally. To make our facilities fit for the future, you plan and project complex extensions, rebuilds and adjustments and are all involved. As a project expert with well-founded project management skills, you know how important, besides a good organization, are key figures to have an overview: the actual loading and an improved use of the systems and the efficiency indicators – all of this you have in mind.

Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Technology or equivalent skills and knowledge Multiannual experience in engineering, preferably in the energy industry Representative business understanding (cost accounting, calculations) as well as knowledge in data processing, VBA and simulation of network and energy systems Know-how in database programming and python of advantage Practice in the application of project management tools is a must, experience with SAP to control the project budget a plus Ideally knowledge of the laws EnWG, KWK-G, GEG and BEW Good understanding, targeted and systematic working style, analytical sense and thinking in options and options Communication talent, team spirit and decision-making power
