Line Manager Automotive Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Daily control of the team area including shift transfers, TOP 5 meetings and cross-departmental coordination with quality, logistics and maintenance Ensuring production and quality objectives including KPI documentation and implementation of the standards of the thyssenkrupp production system (TPM, 6S, KVP) Organisation of line occupation by qualification matrix and planning and supervision of the incorporation, training and training of new employees Analysis and elimination of faults, assembly errors and process deviations – including introduction of emergency strategies and deployment measures Implementation and documentation of tests after rebuilds and measures for cost optimization (e.g. scrap reduction) Ensuring compliance with all work security and order requirements in the team area

Completed, at least two-year professional training, e.g. as a machine and plant manager (m/w/d) or comparable

At least 2 years of professional experience in assembly, ideally in the automotive or JIS environment

detectable experience in the technical guidance or coordination of assembly teams

Embossed technical understanding and high quality and process awareness

Communication strength, decision-making and sense of responsibility

Willingness to shift work
