Commercial training manager (m/f/d)

As a training manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for carrying out basic training metal for our trainees according to the current training framework plan You impart practical knowledge in manufacturing, metalworking and construction You prepare the trainees for examinations and accompany them professionally throughout the entire training period. You take over the training in relevant welding processes (MAG, MIG, WIG, Electrode) as well as the switching of quality standards according to highest industrial requirements The training in the reading of technical drawings, materials and testing technology is in your hand In addition, you develop innovative learning concepts for young target groups and combine classic craft skills with modern industrial training You plan to use digital learning media and contemporary training methods In addition, you are in close coordination with departments, vocational schools and internal interfaces and take over the organization of training content, workshop processes and instruction Support for recruiting formats, training days and career orientation completes your profile of activity

You have completed master, technician or specialist training in the field of metal or Welding technology as well as a training course according to AEVO You have several years of professional experience in metal processing or welding technology In addition, you have very good practical knowledge of multiple welding processes as well as a high quality standards and safety awareness You bring joy in working with young people Communication strength, patience and enforcement are advantageous Modern thinking and motivation to actively develop training round off your profile
